Payment

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Union Pay (Stripe).

Where can I find my invoice?

We send your invoice digitally. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. We will send the invoice digitally when the parcel is on its way. There is no packing slip or invoice in your package. This is so you can confidently place an online order to surprise someone with our delicious products.

Delivery

Can you deliver my items to an another country?

We are happy to inform you that we deliver to all EU countries.

What are the delivery options and prices?

As our opening gift for you, right now all orders are delivered free.

How long will my order take to get to me?
Faq dropdown trigger.

After placing your order, we will get to work for you to ensure that all your products are delivered as expected. We are a small business, doing our bests for you to receive your product as soon as possible. Please note, we don’t work on weekends, so all orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be taken care of on the next coming Monday. Depending on your location we aim to keep 5-7 workdays as a delivery date. In special occasions, such as Christmas, it can happen that it will take more time so make sure to place your order at least 10-12 days before.

Returns

My order

I have placed my order, can I still change it?

It is not possible to change the order after you have placed it. This applies to address changes, adjusting your ordered products, and the cancellation of your order. 

Can I create my own gift set?

Our products are carefully compiled and wrapped which makes a beautiful gift. You also have the option of adding a personal message card, so your order can be sent directly from us to the lucky recipient. 

What if my goods arrived damaged?

If your order arrives with any damages please inform us within three days of receiving the order at info@dorablends.com and include a photo. Please also include a detailed description of the problem along with your order number.

How long does my product can be kept?

Every product has an expiration date on the product label.

Can I receive samples of your products?

It is great to hear that you are interested in our wonderful products. While we really want you to experience our wonderful fragrances, it is not possible to send samples. You can find extensive information about our collections, fragrances and ingredients on our website.

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction?

While all our products have been carefully assembled and tested, in exceptional cases your skin may unexpectedly react to one of our ingredients. This does not necessarily mean that something is wrong with the product, but of course this is not a pleasant experience. If there is a serious reaction, please firstly contact a doctor immediately for medical advice.

Are your products 100% natural?

We combine the best of nature  ingredients for our products. We use only 100 % natural origin essential oils to create our blends, and do not use alternatives that have been developed in a lab. 

Are your products vegan?

Our products are vegan-friendly as they have not been developed with any animal-derived ingredients. The full ingredient list can be found on the packaging of each product as well as on our website.
